Explicitly instruct yq to read from stdin

What does this MR do?

registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-build-images:gitlab-operator-build-base-golang-1.20 uses yq version 4.7.0. Using stdin by default is added in 4.18.1 (see https://github.com/mikefarah/yq/issues/113#issuecomment-1023806577). Prior to this version, stdin must be specified explicitly, i.e. yq eval '.' -.
