What does this MR do?

This MR implements a possible cleanup procedure for excess StatefulSets (which can be extended to handle other resource kinds). Resources managed by the Operator (identified by quering the K8s API for specific labels) that not part of the current template, are deleted.

This allows cleaning up dangling resources which have been removed (e.g. by disabling a subchart or renaming a component). Drawback: Resources which are created by the Operator, must be filtered out from this process.
