  • Add step to release templates reminding to release to OpenShift Operatorhub

  • Document release process to OpenShift OperatorHub

    • Once !427 (merged) is merged this MR needs to be re-based and documentation properly augumented to reflect both OperatorHub.io and OpenShift OperatorHub publishing processes
