docs: Update SHA description for glab mr merge

Updates the help text for the --sha string option to better explain its purpose.
Previously, the description simply said "Merge commit SHA" which was unclear. The new description explains that this option allows you to specify a specific commit identifier (SHA) that must match the latest commit on the source branch before the merge will proceed.
