• Blocked by Openbao charts MR - gitlab-org/cloud-native/charts/openbao!67 (merged)
• Once Openbao charts MR is merged and released
• Then run helm dependency update and commit and push the changes to Chart.lock for the pipeline to succeed

• Fixes this issue
• Upgrades the version of Openbao with the fix for HTTP audit logging - MR
• Re-enable HTTP audit logging for Secrets Manager by reverting this commit
