What does this MR do?

The default minio/minio:RELEASE.2017-12-28T01-21-00Z and minio/mc:RELEASE.2018-07-13T00-53-22Z support only amd64 machines.

This MR fixes them for arm64 machines. I tested them on Oracle ARM Compute Instance.
