What does this MR do?
Interpolates Standard labels for deployment, pods, statefulsets and Daemonsets
Why was this MR needed?
The labels in questions are required for Kiali functionality

What's the best way to test this MR?
If you run the following command kubectl get deploy,sts,ds,pod -L app.kuberentes.io/name,app.kuberentes.io/version --namespace <PACKGE_NAMESPACE> the application name and application version should show as part of the output
