Make GitLab Exporter work with global.redis.queues definition
What does this MR do?
As described in
https://docs.gitlab.com/charts/charts/globals.html#multiple-redis-support,
admins can configure a Sidekiq-specific Redis instance via
redis.global.redis.queues.
This commit updates GitLab Exporter to use that Redis instance if it is specified.
