Draft: Add topologySpreadConstraints

What does this MR do?

related to issue: #2890

Add topologySpreadConstraints option for GitLab deployments. This to allow more control for how replicas are spread out, improving HA capabilities

Example Usage:

gitlab:
  webservice:
      topologySpreadConstraints:
        - labelSelector:
            matchLabels:
              app: webservice
          maxSkew: 1
          topologyKey: topology.kubernetes.io/zone
          whenUnsatisfiable: DoNotSchedule

Required

  • Validate potential values for new configuration settings. Formats such as integer 10, duration 10s, URI scheme://user:passwd@host:port may require quotation or other special handling when rendered in a template and written to a configuration file.
