What does this MR do?

This version bump includes the following changes:

1. gitlab-org/cloud-native/charts/gitlab-zoekt!7 (merged)
2. gitlab-org/cloud-native/charts/gitlab-zoekt!8 (merged)

This is needed to ship this to staging in gitlab-com/gl-infra/k8s-workloads/gitlab-com!2618 (merged)
