Documentation: Last backup before cloud migration should exclude packages

What does this MR do?

While checking https://docs.gitlab.com/charts/installation/migration/package_to_helm.html, I discovered that we are instructing the user to manually upload uploads, artifacts, lfs and packages, then they need to exclude those items from the backup before migration, but packages is missing on the code snippet.
