Gitlab & OpenShift Restricted SCC
What does this MR do?
Part ? of ? for allowing the gitlab helm chart to be ran inside of OpenShift's Restricted Security Context Constraint.
This PR will still fail as bitnami charts Postgre and Redis still require modification. There may also still be an issue with the gitlab shell container due to the generation of host-keys at the beginning of its phase.
