Consider 'nonroot' and/or 'restricted' SCC instead of 'anyuid'

Let's investigate if and where we can use the nonroot SCC instead of anyuid, as it is more restricted and therefore more secure. It may also be worth looking into using restricted wherever possible (see Issue in Helm charts).
