Add Redis category to Memory Group

Why is this change being made?

The bare minimum MVC that adds the Redis category to Memory Group, while linking to the same direction page as the Memory category.

It also updates the Direction Page for Memory to link to Category Strategy - Memory instead of the Memory Team page
