Update Memory Group's Direction page

Why is this change being made?

Related to Product#3085 (closed)

Update the Category Strategy - Memory page:

  • Add Redis related work as the sole focus of the Memory Team in the following few milestones
  • Reorganize the What's Next & Why and Medium term sections according to most recent priorities (as defined in recent planning issues and indicated by the most recent RICE ranking)

This is a minor update, with no major changes on the direction. It also includes the Redis work in the same page as the Memory category even though it may end up as a separate category with its own direction.

What is not included

  • Adding Redis as a category under the Memory Group (not sure if the change is required, especially with no category page not yet added, so I am updating on a separate MR)
  • Updating the mission of the Memory Group to be more aligned with the strategy.
  • Updating all references to Memory Team to Memory Group (not significant and would lead to too much noise)
