WIP - Created new design pods directory and page
Why is this change being made?
Sometimes there is a need for a group of product designers to come together collaboratively for a consistent period of time that's sanctioned/approved by the UX department and counterparts. This MR is a page that describes and defines how that group is expected to operate (it's largely based on the definitions for creating a Working Group.
The idea for a Design Pod sprang from a conversation in an issue about increasing Auto DevOps adoption. Here is a link to the comment where this concept came up in the discussion.
