Auto DevOps Adoption
Background
Sid highlighted that we have a missed opportunity when it comes to Auto DevOps (ADO). It can be a singular driver of SPU for all of the Ops Section stages if we encourage adoption, but to date we've accepted the local optimization of decomposing ADO via templates because we've not singularly invested in it. Now the result is that many project templates don't work with ADO, ADO only works in a handful of application types, and Product Managers don't consider adding their features to ADO as a method for improving usage.
