Tech Stack - Update Existing System
Need to hold on merging until all Red data is removed from Snowflake. Related https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-data/-/epics/938#note_1629544022.
Additionally, as we want to limit Red data leaving our environment, we're specifying which Red data fields are approved to go out to Snowflake: GitLab user email and the Top-level group name. These are sent to Snowflake for customer communication purposes. We also wanted to provide a means for people to request new Red data fields as needed. Relates to this issue.
