Add 2022 top contributors in Top Contributors page 🎉

I follow the process described by @leetickett-gitlab !113034 (comment 1133962270), and took the occasion to create my 1st Ruby script from scratch to convert data to yml ^^ https://gitlab.com/ali_o_kan/gitlab-top-wider-contributors-csv2yml/-/blob/master/script.rb

I have a question about author_org_name filtering, currently only GitLab is filtered, What about GitLab JiHu? @cbacharakis
