Update handbook main and marketing landing pages for marketing organization structure

Why is this change being made?

The marketing organization structure is reflected in /handbook/marketing but not yet on /handbook. This MR updates the handbook landing page, and also adds more useful team handbook pages in the marketing team overview handbook page.

Note: This MR needs changes from to-be-merged MRs, the pipelines will fail because wrong URLs atm.
