Move /revenue-marketing/sdr to /sales-development Marketing handbook

Why is this change being made?

Revenue Marketing/SDR was renamed to Sales Development. This MR

• Moves /handbook/marketing/revenue-marketing/sdr into /handbook/marketing/sales-development
• Updates all cross-page handbook URLs
• Updates CODEOWNERS
• Adds URL redirects
• Enables URL linting that previously was disabled, and fixes all broken URL anchors
• Fixes trailing whitespaces (happened during edit in VS Code, cannot easily undo them)
• Move the routing chart image to its proper location in source/images/handbook/marketing/sales-development
