added early career and brag doc info

Why is this change being made?

ADding information about a new Team Member Discussion Group, Early Career, to the Tanewki page in order to ensure that new employees are seeing it exists and can learn more about the group. Also added a line about brag docs with some links so people can start tracking their work early on.
