Document changes to ready and unassign_review reactive commands

Why is this change being made?
Related to gitlab-org/quality/contributor-success/team-task#100
With gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops!1788 (merged) and gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops!1796 (merged) we now allow users to:
- request reviews from other users, not only from GitLab Team members
- unassign someone from the list of reviewers
This MR updates the docs for the reactive commands to reflect those changes
