Merge Manage:Import and Manage:Integrations groups into one group under new name Manage:Import and Integrate
As part of the recent realignment, groupimport was merged with groupintegrations. We looked for the new name for the merged group in gitlab-org/manage/general-discussion#17611 and landed on group::integrate.
That name didn't get all required approvals and therefore we're proposing another name group::import and integrate
- Group name becomes
Import and Integrate(#g_manage_import_and_integrate, group::import and integrate) - Categories that the team owns are: ~"Category:Importers", ~"Category:Internationalization", ~"Category:API", ~"Category:Webhooks", ~"Category:Integrations"
