Christie: I reviewed the UX Performance Indicators with Eric and got some great feedback that’s relevant to all departments. Can you each please make these changes in your own PIs?

• Rename "DEPT-NAME Non-Headcount Plan vs Actuals" to "DEPT-NAME Budget Plan vs Actuals" and demote to RPI
• Rename "DEPT-NAME Overall Handbook Update Frequency Rate" to "DEPT-NAME Handbook MR Rate" and demote to RPI
• Remove "DEPT-NAME Discretionary Bonus Rate"
• MR for reference: !80068 (merged)
