Why is this change being made?

Update per Eric Johnson's feedback prior to first UX-only Key Review on April 21, 2021

  • Renames "UX Non-Headcount Plan vs Actuals" to "UX Budget Plan vs Actuals" and demotes to RPI
  • Renames "UX Overall Handbook Update Frequency Rate" to "UX Handbook MR Rate" and demotes to RPI
  • Removes the URL field for the System Usability Score metric, because the Sisense metric is more helpful
  • Changes the health of "Average days to close UX Debt" from Attention to Problem
  • Removes "UX Discretionary Bonus Rate"
  • Renames "Technical Writer Narrow MR Rate" to "Technical Writer MR Rate" and promotes to KPI
