Objective (Great Team):- Key Result: Make sure that our job descriptions are clear and useful, and build out descriptions for Principal where needed
- Key Result: Improve product usability by understanding how to create clear, concise UI text

Objective (Great Product):- Key Result: Provide a lightweight usability testing framework that acts as a leading indicator for SUS
- Key Result: Deliver a reason map of cross-stage adopted users/organizations to inform how to drive SPO with cross-stage features
- Key Result: Empower designers and researchers with training to more effectively influence prioritization

Ensure Engineering is able to iteratively contribute to and utilize Pajamas for stage work deliverables
Foundations Objective:- Key Result: Audit and update the component lifecycle documentation to ensure that it communicates a flexible process
