WIP: New Hire Support Manager onboarding issue template
Iterating on this issue to create a support manager onboarding template, this MR proposes several changes to the Manager Onboarding template.
Main call-outs:
- I am proposing that we use this onboarding template instead of the support engineer onboarding for new managers.
- I've included git and GitLab basics, Support Workflows, ZD training and pairing with SEs in this template apart from Support Manager tasks and workflows.
Since we have a new manager joining soon, it will be a good opportunity to have them use the new issue template and provide feedback on what worked and what didn't.
@gitlab-com/support/managers can you please review this and provide your thoughts/feedback/comments/suggestions by 9th July?
