Need
Following a conversation spun from this comment - we currently use our full names in the Zendesk signature on all ticket replies.
To help safeguard our team members from potential harassment, unconscious bias and discrimination we should give Support Engineers the option to remove their last name from their Zendesk signature.
Approach
Allow Support Engineers to opt-in the removal of their last name from their Zendesk signature.
Allow Support Engineers to set up an alias (as proposed in this comment)
Benefit
This will help safeguard our team members from potential harassment, unconscious bias and discrimination.
