Add GitLab.com handle to Zendesk signatures

Need
When customers need to send us large files, they can optionally choose to upload them to GitLab.com as described https://about.gitlab.com/support/providing-large-files/#gitlab-private-project.
One of the steps there is for the reader to ask the Support Engineer they are working with for their GitLab handle. This adds an extra step in the ticket communication that could be avoided if this was provided to the customer automatically in advance.
Approach
Add the GitLab.com handle for each respective Zendesk agent into the Zendesk signature. A subtle approach could be:
