Acknowledge new information for sending outbound requests
Greetings all!
Due to some recent events, we had to lock down who could create users. Initially, this was restricted to just admins. This presented some serious problems for our CMOCs and the Security team.
As such, we have worked out some changes to allow our CMOCs and the Security team. Those people will now have access to create users for the use in outbound contact requests.
Please read through https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/support/readiness/operations/docs/zendesk/tickets/#creating-tickets-for-outbound-requests and check the box by your name to confirm:
- you understand the process detailed in the link and how to do it
- you acknowledge the only time a user in Zendesk should be created by yourself is when using that process
- you acknowledge a user in Zendesk should never be modified by yourself
