Task: Migrate or remove resources in `support-resources` => 95% migrated

This issue is to track progress in transitioning from support-resources to individual accounts in Sandbox Cloud.

At creation, this issue does not have a due date because per @vstoianovici's update in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/business-technology/engineering/infrastructure/issue-tracker/-/issues/86#note_841672850 there's still some cases that need manual workarounds.

However, if you're an early adopter (or a lagger 😉 ) I thought it would be good to get this issue started sooner.

Remove and/or migrate any needed VMs from support-resources to Sandbox Cloud.

1. Remove all of your resources from support-resources
2. Check your box indicating you've done so (and that anything left over can be deleted)

Optional:

1. Recreate needed resources on Cloud Sandbox.
2. Restore any needed backups.
