SWIR: Scheduled calls inaccurate
@jgianoutsos @bocarbonell @cynthia and I noticed today that the "Scheduled calls" section is somewhat inaccurate.
There's a few areas of incorrectness:
- Coffee chats
- Test events
- Non-support team members
The idea of including this section was to get an idea on the load the team was experiencing from scheduled calls during the week: both round-robin and self-scheduled.
This issue is to evaluate:
- is this useful?
- is there a better way to get this data?
