Make it easy to see team learning progress, skills and abilities

As part of the work to improve Support Training and Learning it will be important to easily see:

• team and individual progress on courses
• identify Subject Matter Experts
• see who has what abilities.

(There might be some security considerations with directly exposing the last two) But, yeah - just curious on your thoughts. If it's on the team page, we could use Department (currently used by MR Buddy) or the expertises section that we're using now.

The current plan is to use a Static Site Generator in the Support Training project to generate a site where all the relevant information can be easily viewed.
