Provide clear ongoing training and learning pathways for all types of learning needed for the role (Process, systems and applications, technical skills, customer skills) 1. Create courses that verify / certify that skills have been learnt and internalised 1. Automate cyclical learning reviews for completed courses to ensure the team is aligned with current knowledge. 1. Make it easy to see team and individual learning progress (completion reports, badges) 1. Help develop and locate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
