Develop a Support Competencies Matrix for Support Career Development
Over the past 9 month's our Support team has had explosive but necessary growth. As we add more managers we want to make sure that we are developing our our career development paths and training managers on what we value.
Right now we are using "Experience Factor Worksheets" which are based on job descriptions but they are missing:
- Growth Paths to level up.
- "What" is an example of success of that skill
- Communication is not highlighted
- Values are not highlighted
We've started this skeleton of a matrix which managers will be fleshing out over the next few weeks:
