Add Code Creation as ai-assisted service owners
As for ownership, the suggestion came from the fact that all of the traffic served there is Category:Code Suggestions:
So it is not something that groupcode creation built directly, because it was built as a shard of existing rails services in infrastructure, like we also have
web,api&git. But it is serving the features that groupcode creation builds, so in that sense, I think you are the best owners for the service.
This MR addresses gitlab-org/gitlab#545030 (closed) and adds groupcode creation as owners of AI-Assisted Service owners.
