Add remaining services to ops-gitlab-net

add-ops-gitlab-net-remaining-services into master

Notable changes:

  • Add nonprod config to the index catalog for the various ops.gitlab.net indices so that the Kibana links send you to the right endpoint
  • Add sidekiq, registry and gitlab-sshd SLIs to the metrics catalog definition for ops-gitlab-net
