fix: add host label for elastic disk saturation

Bob Van Landuyt requested to merge bvl-update-elastic-disk-saturation-monitoring into master

This adds the host label for elastic disk saturation monitoring. As a result, we wouldn't sum all available space in the cluster but we'd alert if a single host runs out of space.
