Release v2.7.0

I want to release v2.7.0 because every change in its changelog section is merged.

It carries:

Added

• a logbars template in the diagram kit: horizontal bars on a log scale
• a landing option on the docs Layout, which drops the rail and uses the whole shell

Changed

• the reference's prose no longer uses a double hyphen or an em-dash as a dash
• the docs and lab templates join page titles with a middle dot

Fixed

• the reference's own site loads clipboard.js from its own build
• the docs template's content-path.svg plate passes the diagram kit's retoken.py --check
• a docs site reading another project leaves out that repository's root hero.svg instead of failing the build on it
• the docs chrome wraps long URLs and tokens in prose and lists
• a markdown table in a docs chrome article spans the content column

just sync moves every .reference.yaml pin and template design bundle URL to v2.7.0. I hand-edited the illustrative pin in standards/design/check.sh, which the sync glob skips.

Checks run on the branch head:

• just ship with a local catalog checkout: all gates green at reference v2.7.0 / catalog 6
• just guard: 0 violations
• just validate: all gates green, and v2.7.0 extracts as tag notes
• just check: 21 standards passed, 0 failed
• just build and just agent: the site builds and the agent surface is complete

Not tested: the tag pipeline and the design/v2.7.0/ bundle the templates now pin, which publish only once the tag exists.
