Leave the root hero.svg out of a remote page's plates

What does this MR do and why?

I want a docs site that reads a conforming profile to build, because its README opens with the root hero.svg, whose <style> block stops the build. The loader now leaves that one image out; every other SVG is still a plate.

Test plan

  • just guard, just validate, just check, just build, just agent and the template's astro check pass.
  • Mocked repository: hero left out, clean plate inlined, unreferenced styled SVG untouched; build passes.
  • A styled plate, or a styled sub/hero.svg, still stops the build.
  • The same repository on main stops on hero.svg.
  • Not tested: a live GitLab project.
