Rewrite the ADRs as timeless principles

An ADR now states the decision and the reasons it holds, in the present tense: no Context narrative, dates, MR numbers or status history. A changed principle is rewritten or superseded, never annotated.

Each file reads as title, principle, Why, How it applies, Consequences. Every rule that still binds is kept.

  • docs/adr/ (five ADRs, README, TEMPLATE; 0006 to 0008 deleted)
  • docs/README.md, docs/maintenance.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, NOTICE
  • skills/gitlab-simulation/: public-writes.md, two ADR-NNNN comments in the justfile and publish.just, two scripts, and tests/run.sh, whose leak check no longer skips ADR-0005
  • CHANGELOG.md: one Changed entry, plus the three ADR-NNNN references in Unreleased

just ci passes.
