docs: horse: add/remove IP annotations for customer one

In order for configure to succeed for customer 1, it is mandatory either to:

1. add amp IP to the list of allowed IPs or
2. remove/readd IPs during the upgrade

This MR suggests the second approach as a quick iteration.
