Database Reviews

I keep track of pending database reviews as a list of MRs and check them off as I go. As discussed with @Finotto today, the idea is to create one issue "Database Reviews" per milestone and maintain a list of pending database reviews there. /cc @dawsmith

The issue will be assigned to @NikolayS and @abrandl . The idea is to react to pings on MRs and link the MR in this list. The goal is to distribute review work between the two of us and also communicate the amount of reviews we're doing.

I tend to put duplicates on the list if I'm getting pinged repeatedly. Every ping-cycle means a distraction and for me it was worth tracking this.

This is my current list - let's use this issue to extend the list for this milestone and create a new issue next milestone:
