Update the release manager dashboard to consider the current version

With the maintenance policy extension being paused, the patch release pressure on the release manager dashboard needs to be adjusted to only account for the pressure of the current version, currently, it accounts for the pressure of the last three versions.

Summary	Breakdown

The Summary information can be replaced with the S1/S2 MR pressure. Next iterations can remove the release pressure from versions outside the policy.

The panels referring to the old Release pressure should be removed.
