Updating relocation email templates and clarifying approvals

Sarah Hensiek requested to merge sh-relo-email-links-approvals into main

Why is this change being made?

Hi @ameeks

I updated the links to our email templates and clarified some tasks for us.

There have been three different sections merged in relation to required approvals, that weren't aligned. I updated our process steps based on our conversation. Let me know if any of the approvers need changing before merging. I'm also thinking we should rather link to one section where the approvers are listed, so we don't have to keep it updated in three different sections?
