Change SGG home page to link to Support Team Home page for SGG-manager alignments

Why is this change being made?

The Support Team Home page now includes a listing of the Support Managers along with the SGGs to which they are aligned. This MR changes the main SGG page in the handbook to include guidance to see that page for the current alignment, and to make changes to the support-team.yaml file to change the alignment.

NOTE: At the time of this MR, the APAC managers have no specific SGG alignment. I've listed all of the APAC managers by each SGG to account for this.
