Sometimes team members outside of support or the Dedicated teams require access to logs to help with GitLab Dedicated customer issues. This process outlines a simple procedure to manage this access. In short

1. Read the process
2. Create an Access Request
3. Approval for temporary access
4. Decommission after two weeks
