Add note for MB to GB conversion

Why is this change being made?

The Mechanizer function for adding storage does not indicate that MB is often converted to GB in the GitLab UI in larger numbers. When allocating additional storage, this can be confusing as an engineer follows a request for '10 GB of storage', entering 10,000 MB, but doesn't realise that this is 9.76 GB.
