Reword job sharing templates requirements into helpful suggestions

Why is this change being made?

The talent ambassador handbook was updated with templates that are required to use for job postings on social media. I think that authentic messaging on social media, with personal words and recommendations, reaches our audiences more impactful.

This MR changes the wording to make the template usage a suggestion, instead of a requirement. (source: !735 (b2be346f))
